It was another beautiful June in Palm Beach County. Looking at the Palm Beach County June 2018 Market Update Data, there were great real estate opportunities for home sellers.
With increased competition among homebuyers, June reports show us there were many families shopping for South Florida homes this year. That means more families willing to bid higher on homes they love!
Homes are selling faster than in June of last year. The median days on contract is 43 days, that’s 3 fewer days than last June.
Also, June property values increased by 2.9% from last June. It’s not a number to write home about, but still means home values are on the rise.
